Her Majesty the Queen spots a familiar face in the crowd during a Diamond Jubilee walkabout in Windsor. Australian artist & musician Rolf Harris was amongst members of the public capturing the Queen’s outing on camera. Mr. Harris painted the Queen’s official portrait in 2006 for her 80th birthday.
